Dined in for a late lunch from the All Day menu. We had the Gang Nam Char Grilled Half Chicken, the Wagyu Steak and Cheese with Focaccia and a side of the Bad Boys Chips. The Bad Boys Chips was quite a big serving so definitely great for sharing for more than 2 people! Seatings were comfy sofa chairs by the bar with a wide screen tv for sports games!

Staff is polite but not very trained especially when they have to face uncomfortable situations. The atmosphere is nice. I liked the garlic bread. My friend ordered a banana crepe but instead there was berries and strawberries. They should have informed before for many reasons. What if he was allergic to something?The pizza I ordered after I finished the second piece I found hair on the plate which that’s what I hate the most. The waiter admitted he saw the hair and he took the pizza back to the kitchen. Then he asked me if I want to order anything else but who wants to eat after that? The problem is they asked us to pay in advance. They should have refunded the 22 dollars because I didn’t eat the pizza and because of the hair. Unfortunately they didn’t mention anything about refund and I felt very embarrassed to ask for it if they are not willing to do it anyway. My lesson is: don’t pay in advance in restaurant again. I and my friend will not go there again for food. Probably only for drinks.

It was our first time dining at Madame Za's and we had a good experience. The foods were all served fresh and the kids meals were also fresh and tasty the kids devoured it. The hotel has very lovely decorations and the ambience is nice for Christmas time. The foods are well priced. Kids meals even include drinks. The kids also were given a kids menu to colour in and a bucket of colouring markers to keep them preoccupied while waiting for the foods to arrive. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Excellent food and service will definitely be back. It was evident that a great deal of effort and love was put into the food here from small plates to desert. A well underrated dining experience.

Breakfast last month paid $28 per person, don't, it was the worst breakfast experience in a long time for me and a large table of people with me.Ran out of bacon with well over 1 hour to go for period.The coffee machine is horrible, you have to pay extra for a brewed coffee or cupachino.Selection of breakfast products was very limited.Only scrambled egg available but did not offer other choices.I have had a truly lovely breakfast there before this so a bit perplexed as to the lackadaisical attitude and quality and quantity of the menu and the choices offered. Very disappointed.

Had the worst dining experience at Madame Za last night. We will not be returning ever!! The food was below average to say the least and the staff was worse then the food!! Training is urgently required and maybe some new staff members!!!!!We made a booking for 6 adults, 1 child and the menu was buffet last night. Upon waiting to pay and being seated the lady at the counter says to us the little one is on the house tonight". Correct me if I'm wrong but that means the kid eats free... I thanked the staff member for this act of kindness and she replied no worries at all with a smile on her face. From there we were seated.After finishing our disappointing meals

We are in the dining area, and it was not crowded on a Thursday night. Service was excellent, we were checked how our meal was and service was fast. Food was a fine dining experience, well presented and cooked extremely well. Scallops were amazing, and the Duck and Pork were delicious and presented with care and finesse. Highly recommend this place, it's worth coming out here even if you live Darwin side.Next time will have to dine in the outdoor area, and maybe have a drink and a swim before dinner!Great restaurant! A+

Had a great dinner here on a Saturday night after flying into Darwin. We possibly ordered a little too much as we only ordered off the ‘small plates’ and sides section, but they were all surprisingly large. Good choice of options for food and dietary requirements, good selection of drinks (inc many beers on tap) and very nice service. Recommended.
