If you are unfortunate enough to have BCS as strata managers, you should move for their removal at your next AGM.They are very difficult to deal with and persistently provide incorrect advice. As an owner of several properties, I have never experienced such lack of support for owners.

Mallory is an outstanding property manager. She has been managing our strata for two years now and has been an absolute professional. If i could give -1000 stars I would.The strata manager is so unprofessional and rude. Ignorant and dismissive. Levies not sent to the correct address then collecting penalties for non payment of levies, when clearly the correspondence was not sent to the prescribed address. If you have a choice, dont choose BCS, Bad, Careless, Serviceless (BCS)
