Ridiculous.I got kicked out of this accommodation I booked a room in due to overbooking. I received the owner’s confirmation of my reservation and she even replied to my late arrival request a week ago. She impassively repeated, “Nothing I can do”. What else could I have done to secure the room I reserved? I ended up sleeping in a small car in Saturday night after failing to find an alternative by making 30 phone calls to any type of accommodation nearby. This ruined my day and the weekend.

Lovely place to kick back in Glasshouse Mountains. Walking distance to all amenities. Rooms were clean and tidy with ensuite. Very accommodating host.

Jenny was the perfect host, her home was welcoming and very relaxing. The rooms were pristine clean and comfortable and the facilities were excellent. Great choices for breakfast too. The outdoor covered area was an added bonus and a beautiful place to sit and have a morning coffee. Great location for visiting the Glass House Mountains. We will definitely be back. Thank you Jenny for making us feel so welcome.

I stayed here one night I had a wonderful experience. I was made to feel so welcome. The bedroom was fantastic, clean and with a modern bathroom ensuite. The room had a basic DTV. The WiFi worked a treat. Breakfast was so many options including eggs for me to cook for myself, lots of cereals, toasts and yoghurts plus a choice of tea, coffee, juice and hot chocolate. Jen and Tony treated me with respect and were free to talk to me when I wanted too. I enjoyed my time there and also the other guests were too good.

Nice welcomed by Jen who was very friendly/easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about things to do in the area, the room was lovely/cosy and clean with it's own bathroom. Jen showed us everything we need for use in the kitchen. We will stay there again next time we're up this way

Jen had a room ready to go at late notice. The house is spotlessly clean but homely. The bed was really comfortable. Really enjoyed having breakfast out the back in the morning looking at her lovely garden!

We booked 2 nights and ended up staying 3. The Host Jenny is a lovely lady who went above and beyond to welcome us into her beautiful home. Very quiet location, clean comfortable bed, more choices for breakfast than any continental breakfast have experienced before. Plenty of space in kitchen if wanting to cook, extra large covered outdoor area for relaxing with a cuppa or cold drink. So much nicer than staying in a motel room. We certainly recommend Jen’s Getaway and we will be coming back.

Hubby and I stayed there for more than 4 weeks. Jen and Tony are great hosts - very friendly and accommodating. Very clean, spacious room, large & new ensuite. We could use the washing machine & dryer which was greatly appreciated. A lot of breakfast items are supplied and you can cook you own dinner - the kitchen holds every cooking utensil you can think of. Kookaburras get fed every evening & are great to watch.
