I was referred to fix2U through Telstra so they could fix my cracked phone screen. Made an appointment (they give you a 4-5 hour window) and they never showed. When I emailed they said they were trying to get ahold of the technician" - could you not have notified me that you were having issues so I didn't stay home from work for nothing? So we rescheduled.The next time they cancelled the day before because they "didn't have the right parts". I don't know how they expected to be able to do the repair the first time without the parts
