Josh & the team from UDA provide an extremely professional service. The shuttles are both excellent & frequent along with being competively priced. Our friends also hired bikes from UDA & they were fantastic. Highly recommend UDA for your next Derby MTB adventures!

I travelled with my family so only had an hour or so on my first day and then a full day on my second day. It was off peak and I was struggling to find someone to hire a bike from and organise shuttles. Up Down Around sorted me out straight away.The bike was waiting on the shuttle when I arrived- I did pay-as-you-go shuttles on the first arvo and got a couple of runs in. Then a full day shuttle and UDA looked after me- I didn't know much about Derby but they guided me which trails to ride and I barely waited for a shuttle because they coordinated my trails with other guys riding- so minimal delay. Top Bunch of people that definitely know Derby!! I'll definitely be in touch when I go again.

The UDA crew are a bunch of dead set legends. The drivers are friendly and helpful. Always up for a convo and give good advice on the trails.The spread of treats at the end of the bay of fires ride also was awesome! I'd give 6 stars rating if I could

Josh and the crew at Up Down Around sorted everything we needed for our MTB boys trip. Can’t thank them enough for the airport transfer and shuttle package. Maybe the best thing about UDA we found is that their shuttles leave twice as frequently as everyone else. Thanks fellas!

Josh and the Team at UDA MTB were excellent with our recent trip to Derby for a 20+ Group. Josh was very patient with the booking process that was complex with such a large group. He looked after us from the airport, shuttles and back to the airport again. The team was very flexible to work with our needs and made the trip very enjoyable. Can't recommend UDA MTB enough, we will be back and will be booking Josh and the team again.

We hired bikes for 2 days and an all day shuttle pass and blue tier + atlas trail. We were given new bikes and had a great time. Josh was an awesome guy, easy to communicate with. Everything with UDA was of the best value in Derby. Plus Belle was a super cute dog. Thanks guys, we will be back.

Derby is an awesome place on it's own but it was made so much better by the team at up, down, around who were happy to share trail knowledge and advice, especially Ben who was always up for a laugh and harmless banter, would highly recommend using this service

We spent 4 days in Derby with these guys. This was my 5th trip and I have I’ve tried all the different shuttle/bike hire companies in Derby. We were not disappointed with UDA. They delivers the complete package from the airport and back. Don’t be put off by them not being one of the big names in town. Josh the owner is a local and he has built a great team and business around personal service. Very professional to deal with and the bikes were top notch!! They went out of their way to make sure our stay was hassle free. Highly recommended

We spent 3 days in Derby and UDA was the perfect company for our riding/shuttle needs. The shuttle ran smoothly all day with a friendly and knowledgeable team taking us up the hill. It was easy to organise the Blue Teir and Atlas shuttle and UDA was super accommodating with the bikes over the 3 days.

Just back from a week spent in the Bike Shack with the Up Down Around (UDA) MTB crew. Josh looked after us so well and made us feel so welcome right from picking us from the Airport. It was so easy to organise all the shuttles for Blue Tier - Welborough, Blue Tier - Bay of Fires, Atlas and the many Derby runs from Black Stump with UDA. We were able to hire Canyon e-bikes through UDA as well, they are amazing and great to ride. A special thanks also to Tim and Dougal and it is also a joy to see and get kisses from Belle. I will be back in October. Highly recommended.
