Most expensive in all of Brisbane. Had 5 keys cut and a couple of pins placed in Watch strap , came to $60. Shop around before using this place.

Husband got battery put in his watch which was done but the staff who was so grumpy. Most of these are owners and if so, pull up your socks and put a nice person's face and actions on or if it's staff then sack them. Out of principle I will never go back.

Don’t go here!! I just got served by the rudest human being ever. Longer blonde hair with 15yrs of service. This man didn’t even let me explain what I wanted and then served me the wrong keys!

David was fast, affordable and helpful when adjusting my watch. Adjusted it multiple times to fit my wrist and was done within 5 minutes! Would recommend.

I go out of my way to bring my leather goods to this particular Mr Minit. While David can be rather economical with social graces, he has happily repaired things other Mr Minits have told me to bin, his prices are always fair (others charge like wounded bulls including $20 to punch a hole in one instance) and his turn around times are impressive. He has always done good clean work & seems willing to put in a little more trouble to get things just right.

Last Tuesday I arrived at the shops around 4:45pm needing my car key fixed and to grab a few things for my daughters 1st birthday party. I stopped at Mr Minit Capalaba Park and asked how long the key would take to be fixed, the man said 10 minutes and that he closed at 5:30pm. I said that’s fine I’m just going to grab something from the food court for myself and my two toddlers and be right back. After eating our food I forgot about the key all together and went straight to Kmart to buy party supplies, completely distracted with my crazy kids and focusing on just getting the shop done and getting home for dinner. By 6pm I was in line at Kmart and realised I had to collect my key, it was 30 mins past closing time and I was terrified thinking I’m not going to have a car key to get home if the man at Mr Minit was closed and had gone home. I rushed and literally ran back to collect my key, where the man was patiently waiting for me with his closed up shop. I’ve never felt so guilty and offered to pay $100 instead of $70 but he refused to allow it. Not only is the quality of my new key amazing but the service is outstanding. He really didn’t have to wait but I’m SO grateful that he did. Thank you so much for your dedication to your work but also your customers. It has not gone unnoticed and I’ve told many family and friends about how patient and kind you were about the whole thing!

Took my car key in to have the chip removed and placed into a new key housing. Was a simple job and only took a few minutes, decided not to charge me. Great friendly service, will be back.
