Parts prices are ok, the older machines are difficult to find the correct parts for so multiple trips across town were needed, with no offer to send parts out.

Excellent company to work with - Jason always goes above and beyond.

I buy all my machines from Case Vic and couldn’t be happier with the service and the excavators, their rental team also has me and my business covered when we need them most and know how to procure gear for us quickly.

Ordered some parts for my skid steer loader. 8 wheel studs and nuts. $25.00 plus gst to get send to Geelong. Had to phone about the items delivery only to find l had paid postage and they were still sitting at Dandenong for pickup. One rep l spoke to was having a conversation about my order with another colleague without putting me on hold. Ordered a spare rim for pickup at Truginina only to travel from between Geelong and Ballarat only to find it was the wrong one. Case parts are also very expensive compared to other brands.
