Love this nail place. I used to work in that area so always go there. Now I don’t live / work near Armadale but still will go if I have time or go for big events. The girls are super friendly professional and kind! I 100% would recommend this place!

won’t recommend this nail salon. the technician who did my nail was very short and frustrated with me for no apparent reason, she was so impatient the whole time, she said no to my every single request. She hurt my fingers twice with the electronic tool. When I asked to change the colors, she keeps saying I have next appointment coming. How is this customer’s responsibility? You should have left enough time buffer for each customer. I paid for the service, so I deserve to get what I want without anyone making me feel bad about it. When I ask for changing colors, the technicians just talked in their language very impatiently right in front of me, which is very rude. not coming back.

Not great quality, the shellac started chipping in 5 days, probably worst quality shellac I've ever had.The staff are also not friendly, they talk and laugh in another language in your face and when you ask a question they just ignore you.

The staff here do a great job at nails and the place is nice and clean. However, the customer service is not good. I have been going here for almost two years, but I won’t be coming back. I never feel welcome and the staff always seem frustrated when I ask them anything. There used to be some lovely staff members but they have left. I recently found out that the staff speak about customers, criticising women’s weight and appearance right in front of them. It’s abhorrent & not good enough. Do better.

Doesn't even deserve a star.We had a booking for 3 of us at the Armadale locaton. When we arrived, they then told us that they booked us in for their Oakleigh location. Very UNRELIABLE with bookings, don't waste your time, especially with a function or event you have.

The best manicure place in Melbourne I’ve been so far! A professional level of service (instruments sterile or one-time), checking for Covid certificates on entrance, booking available. Friendly staff - always help in making the choice or providing options.Very happy with the overall experience and will be a permanent customer and definitely recommend the place to my friends.
