I’ve been going to both Ringwood and chirnside stores for many years. Georgia from retail has helped me many times at both stores. Her customer service and warm welcoming attitude is incredible! She has an amazing knowledge of the products they stock and I always leave with exactly what I went in there for! Thankyou Georgia!

I booked to get some greys taken out of my hair and i specifically told the lady at reception at the time of the booking approximately 12.15pm that day i want to keep some greys and just blend some colour through with either a comb or brush.When i arrived at 3.30pm a young blonde girl mixed the colour and started pasting it throughout my hair with a paint brush. I was concerned at the time because she said I’ll come back around 30 minutes. I called her over after 15 minutes and told her i still want some greys in my hair and she replied if we wash it now there will be no guarantee the colour will set and your hair will still be grey throughout. So i took her advice and kept the colour on for another 5 minutes. So total of 25 minutes. She wanted 30 minutes.Well guess after 25 minutes my hair was completely brown and not one grey hair in sight. That’s not what i wanted.I’m very disappointed with Hair House Warehouse in Eastland Ringwood.I think the young girl who did my hair was also quiet shocked after she dried my hair to see no greys were visible.My family are also disappointed with the end result. I’m 57 year old Male if i wanted all my greys out i would of done it myself with a packet of tint from coles. Then you wonder why customers give negative reviews. Not good enough now i need to walk around with dark hair throughout my hair that looks fake.I need to go to a Wedding on Sunday looking like this.

I shop here regularly and like the friendly staff, however on this occasion I may as well have been invisible. The person who served me never made eye contact, staring out the window or at the register while talking. Disappointing and rude.

The Hairdresser doing my highlights left my foils on too long because was too busy doing one of the staffs hair and talking so much that I am now left with breakage throughout all my hair , very thankful to my new hairdresser for treating my hair back to health by cutting lots off and treatments I don’t recommend eastland hairhouse salon and I will never return

Lynette was super helpful with my piercings! She made me feel comfortable and helped me choose which design would best suit me! Super lovely service, would definitely recommend!

Sales assistant Georgiaa has great customer service. Been helped by her 2 times recently and was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products I was asking about and bought.

Just had an appointment with Stephanie to bleach my roots and tone my blonde hair, after having a bad experience elsewhere - Steph absolutely took care of my hair, I was blown away by how perfect she was able to get my hair and how much care Steph took on every lock of my hair.Highly recommend Steph for a great hair experience, and to help you achieve your hair goals, she really knows hair. I got 2 piercings done yesterday. The experience was amazing; I was explained all the process and after care. Both piercings were done nicely and aligned with my previous one. Also, very gentle and calm piercer (I can’t remember her name). I would definitely come back for my future piercing. Thank you.

I went into Hairhouse Eastland to get my daughters and my ear pierced .Lynette was very thorough and knowledgeable about what she was doing .Also lynette was very friendly and mademy daughter and I feel at ease and comfortable.I would highly recommend her if you’re wanting accurate, efficient and friendly service.We will be backThank you
