Very poor experience at this branch of RSEA. Went to the store with the intention of buying a new set of Steel Cap Boots, found a pair i liked which were labelled at a certain price, asked the sales assistant to get them in my size which he did, then when i went to pay they were $50 more than labelled. He then got his manager who advised that they might have been in the wrong spot and they don't have the pair that are the price indicated. I was also told that i needed a purchase order to use a company account then after 10 minutes of trying to get one, another staff member told me that it was not neccesary. Manager made no attempt to help find another pair of shoes within budget and did not attempt to explain why the prices were incorrectly labelled. Will take my business elsewhere next time and will be recommending the Company i work for take their account to a safey supplier who are more focussed on customer service.

Great selection of workwear at reasonable prices. All the good brands too. This store at Auburn is the flagship store so huge range.Staff are friendly a d helpful and place is clean. If you're looking for good quality workwear definitely need to visit RSEA Safety at Auburn. Highly recommended.

I needed to purchase a new pair of workboots that would best suit a new job I've just started. The range of products available in the Auburn Store was wide and varied and the selection was made easier after letting the young sales lady know what type of environment I was working in.The young lady was very helpful and supportive and brought to me the style and sizing requested in a timely and pleasant manner. I left the store with a great pair of boots, and an additional pair of blue work shorts, as a very satisfied customer.Access and parking to the store is terrific too.

AVOID TO BUY HERE.I have never been treated so badly in my life. I bought a pairs of glasses for work and I decided to return them back because unfortunately I discovered that I can't wear them due to the poor quality of the lenses but they refused to do it.The glasses where completely new, never wear them for work only tried to check the lenses.My suggestion is to AVOID this shop because if you have a problem with some items you are on your own.

Beautiful and friendly customer service.My favourite is jen and her beautiful attitude and the time and effort she puts in for me. Goes above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. My favourite RSEA store and look forward to my shopping experience there.

Thank you so much for completing my order right away.I needed a polo shirt for my new job and most shops take 3-7 days just for click and collect.My order was ready for pick up 30mins after I placed it.I’m so grateful that during these pandemic times the customer service is still at 100% here.I now will be a recurring customer from here on out.Thankyou for saving my life

NEVER WANNA GO AGAIN TO THESE THUGSI went there to buy crocs. And when didn't find my size, the staff took my measurement and order according to that.They called me after a couple of days when my order arrived but the size doesn't fit me.They asked me for extra money to return that shoe and reorder the correct size. When i denied and said i am not going to pay extra and refund my money. They gave me after deduction, explaining that thats their policy.EVEN IF THEIR STAFF HAVE MADE SOME WRONG MEASUREMENT AND ORDER.YOU HAVE TO RE PAY AGAIN AND AGAIN....SUCH A SCAMMER.

I visited this store today and was helped by a lovely young man Jake, he was very helpful and knowledgeable helping me select the right items. Great service.

My worst experience with shopping something, Staff treated me very rudely. I went there wearing my old boot and my work clothes and I can’t forget how they looked at me. Basically they kicked me out of shop. Disgusting way of treating a customer who drove long way to get to their store and buy a work boot, I don’t recommend this store
