Terrible! I went in for SNS and tips ... will never go back. I asked multiple times for the nails to be filed back to a shorter length, and was ignored. The lady working on my nails didn't make eye contact and raced through the service. I left with polish all over my hands and wonky nails all of which are different lengths and now I am at home shaping them myself. They are cheap - but you get what you pay for!

Friendly staff and great service. I feel so comfortable and at home coming to this mail salon. The girls all remember me and make an effort to talk to me. They never speak in vietnamese or have issues with any request. Very attentive and ask your advice as to how you would like your nails the whole time. Always checking you're happy with the service. Highly recommended!!

Went in today with no booking and got amazing service! The girls were so kind and complimented my nails after - small design with tips (sns) for $48 fantastic prices!! - will come again

Very unprofessional. You should not speak about your clients with your co-worker in your own language and smiling to them (customers) like you weren't vilifying them. Have some ethics. If you have opinions or comments, say it to them right away. And if you didn't understand the customer's instruction or request, it's okay to ask and clarify to avoid mistakes.WON'T RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SALON.

They do not speak one word of English. If you want a cheap job, then they are not bad for that. But far from quality, they made my SNS so thick, left product on the skin and cut my skin. I hate to write this but being in the industry I don't want other people to be disappointed. They mene well, but should not have staff working there that need to use translation tool on phone to communicate

I went in with beautiful long nails, just wanted them shortened a little and new gel polish, came out with super short nails, bad manicure, skin cut under nail bed. So bad!I have been there a few times before, was a bit hit and miss, as different staff most of the time. But I will never go back.

I've come here twice to have my nails done and both times have been an excellent experience. The staff are super friendly, gentle and have great attention to detail. The massage chairs are also very good.

Great service, good hygiene and excellent execution! Products are top quality gel imported from the USA. I haven’t seen some of the sparkly toppers else where. Happy healthy gorgeous nails!
