Last week I went there to repair my phone. I was in a rush and they fixed it very rapidly and gave me discount on the accessories as well. I am so happy with their services and definitely recommend it.

The worst phone repair store in Sydney! Do not go, they will scam you. They “fixed” my iPhone screen for $375, a month later it broke. I took it back to get fixed as it was covered under their warranty and they wanted to charge me $300 as they claimed there was water damage with no proof to show me either. I took the iPhone to apple who confirmed there was no water damage and they were scamming me. They must have put a counterfeit screen on or not known how to do the job correctly and didn’t want to fix it under warranty. We took the phone back to the store along with the report from apple and they then claimed it must of been dropped then! They also demanded cash to avoid paying GST. The lady in the store was soo unprofessional! These people aren’t technicians! Do not take your phone there! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We have reported the store to the department of fair trading, taxation department and now the courts are involved.

I recently visited a mobile shop that I would highly recommend. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they had a great selection of phones and accessories. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be returning to this shop in the future.
