Wow... This place is terrible. 80% of the commercial lots here are CLOSED or abandoned. How could this happen? The management & leasing companies should be fired! I feel so sorry for the poor residents of the 200+ apartments that live here & also the poor businesses that are locked into their rip off tenancy agreements.Its so unfortunate considering the beautiful location.Highly NOT RECOMMENDED! Unless U feel like wondering thru a GHOST TOWN

Love driving to Portside Wharf to take a stroll, have a drink, then a meal. We don't live close, so only drive out about twice a year. Different cusines to choose from, most with a great vibe. Parking can be a bit frustrating so patience is key. The breeze off the river is welcome in summer but take something warm for during cooler months. It's lovely to look across the river to the city, and see the city lights reflecting on the water while watching the rivercats come and go. Great location for a night out!

Dying a slow death. More and more restaurants closing down. Expensive shops that nobody ever goes to. Good points are the Indian Restaurant and the IGA which is a solid small supermarket. I feel like the owners are making it infeasible for businesses to survive here with high rent demands and a massive decline in traffic due to the cruise terminal closing down.

Beautiful setting, with many small restaurants and shops nearby. Many apartments look down and offer great views, with the advantage of being close to the river.Parking available, or very close to Ferry Services.Worth a visit

Shopping precinct itself isn’t anything to travel out of you way for as there is very few actual retail stores. That said if you’re a foodie a nice location to eat lunch overlooking the ship docked and there is ample choice of restaurants from sushi train and subway to high class dining.
