Elliot and Bryce are exceptional people and real estate agents. They were consistently warm, genuine, helpful and honest. During a complex time in my life, it was a relief to have them lead the process of selling my house. I will return to them for all things buying and selling in the future. I've been through a few Agents both buying and selling. Bell Real Estate, especially Elliot from Belgrave have gone way Above and Beyond for service. Up until this last sale, I have had nothing to do with them but they will be my 'go to' from now on. I know this review sounds too good to be true but honestly, they have been amazeballs. The staff at the Belgrave office of Bell Real Estate, Trevor, Leslie, Elliot, Bryce and Glen, were consistently pleasant to deal with and were always prompt in relaying information after inspections and contact with potential buyers. I worked with Bryce and the team to sell a house in Belgrave that needed to be sold relatively quickly with minimum stress. Bryce and Toni were fantastic - explaining the approach, the finer points, making arrangements with all who needed to get us ready for sale.
