Recently we had some 5m Grevillias and Callistamones pruned and a Banksia removed. Ash discussed the desired outcome, explained about directional pruning, shaping, lighting, neighbours and followup care. Rather than a third all over, which is what I thought he checked branches and where to cut back for the best new growth and shape.. He gave good advise and recommendations. His assistant was thorough and obliging. They did a really good clean up job too.I have no hesitation in in recommending him for any tree job.Joanna and Jens
