Honestly can not recommend the EMS girls enough. I have been coming for the last few months, at least twice a week. I’ve honestly seen such an overall improvement of my health and instant results. I really have not felt this good in so long. I leave each session feeling as though I have done an hours worth of exercise when it has only been 20 - 30 minutes - which suits my work life balance so well !! The girls encouraging and passionate nature honestly motivates me to keep pushing to better myself. They really take the time to get to know me, my capabilities, my lifestyle and ultimately help me to achieve my goals. Highly recommend the EMS girls :))))

WOW! The girls at EMS are amazing, I was so nervous that it would be a hard workout but they catered everything to my fitness ability and I left feeling amazing!! Can't wait to go back and see my results from their 4 week challenge!

THE BEST WORKOUT EVER!It was my first time trying a workout like EMS, and I cannot recommend their services enough, the girls are so professional and made me feel very comfortable! 10/10!

I couldn't recommend EMS more! It has completely changed my life, for someone that has no time to go to the gym their 20min workouts are perfect. The team is absolutely amazing team and the workout space is so clean & modern.
