I was in the shop recently when an old lady wanted to use her credit note (given previously by lady owner). The VERY rude male owner refused to take it, telling the lady she 'could have picked it up off the floor somewhere!' You embarrassed that poor lady and questioned her honesty. You are, and always have been, an extremely arrogant and rude man. Your customer service is appalling. I, along with famliy and friends, will never go into your shop again.

I’ve had two bad experiences at this newsagency, both with a very rude older man. This man has no respect or appreciation of his customers and I will not be returning to experience more of his arrogance and ego in the way he treats people who are trying to support his local business.
