Not sure about this mob. Physically went in and got a quote re 1st service for a new car, received a quote and then book it in a couple of days later, the quote went up another 30%. I drove away to another mechanic just meters up the street who completed the job for a price almost 50% less. Make sure you look around for prices before booking in for service.

Excellent work and professional. Decent prices as well. Installed a snorkel on my Wrangler. Very neat job.

I do not recommend this business due to unprofessional and unethical behavior. After receiving a mechanical inspection report that included several red flags, I took my car to another mechanic for a second opinion. The second mechanic found that many of the items on the initial report were falsified in an attempt to generate unnecessary revenue for the business. Additionally, the report stated that my car had issues with oil and timing chain, but upon inspection by the second mechanic, these issues were not present.I was met with an incredibly unprofessional and threatening behavior from one of the staff members, who made verbal threats towards me while carrying on like a child. This behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting.I will be reporting this business to fair trade with evidence from the two mechanical inspections and photo evidence of deceitful practice. It is unfortunate that other negative reviews of this business have proven to be true.

Only been here once but had a great experience. Dylan was thorough, honest and had good comms throughout the day. I've found my local mechanic!

I got a quote from two other guys regarding brake pad replacement because the brakes were squealing. Mackeys was the cheapest so I booked it and took the car in. Got a text asking me to phone when convenient. I was told that the pads still had heaps of life left in them and it would be wasting money top replace them yet. That was a pleasant surprise for my wallet so I asked them to check for other safety issues. They found a couple of minor things and quoted what I thought was very good value so |I gave the OK. They were not only great value but honest .. a rare combination with the other workshops in the area that I had dealt with. I will be going back.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!I needed a RWC to change my rego from interstate to Qld.... Was told by this business they were quiet and could check the car straight away..... (First red flag). If a mechanic is able to work on your car straight away there's a good reason why! .... I was about to find out.I was told I needed one new tyre, a couple of light bulbs and a $10 part for the steering wheel.The quote included 4 tyres and 6 hours labor at $150 an hour. After receiving the suite for more than $1400 I decided to wait a few days to see if they were honest enough to contact me admut their error.They didn't say anything until I called them. straight away they dropped $800 off the bill.I got the car back...... witwithout the engine cover. The timing was so bad and the following day the car would not start. Of course they claimed tthey never knew there was a problem with the timing before giving the car back but!!! One of the older employees stated he discovered the problem whilst driving it but forgot" to say anything. When I bought it to their attention the next day their response was that it was "bad luck". It was not their problem so they didn't care.They then Quoted me $500 to replace one ignition coil!!!I am totally disgusted that a small business would purposely and knowingly abuse the trust of a local
