This particular company assesses your car and send an assessed report to the insurance company. Then the insurance company sends their assessor to assess the car. And Virginia confidently told me that she could fight and could come to a settlement value between the two assessed values. In my case, unfortunately, I had to go with the value assessed by the insurance company. So what is the point of claiming through NP and paying the admission fees on top of that to get the claim assessed by the insurance company? I recommend claiming through the insurance company directly!!!!! Cheers!
