Great building company. They produce a large variety of fantastic homes and have very professional systems in place. Highly recommended.

Great builder, great support staff, great end result, 12mths from slab pour to key handover, brilliant!

My experience is very bad with the company, my journey started December 2020 and until January 2023 my house not even finish, was informed another 2 months for tile and cabinet. they are very reaponsive when requesting for payment but no action on progress.

Very bad services.. not recommending at all. Do not waste your time and money with this builder..... You will regret... we informed one toilet not working during PCI meeting, 2 months now still not replaced or serviced... You won't get the items as per the adenda..They have excuses its pandemic time nothing in their control or that supplier bankrupted or business closed down etc...We arranged a building inspector they found many mistakes and workmanship not on Australian standards. It took nearly 18 months after slab down.. After key handover one month we still calling and emailing them to fix many things...

Great builder, great communication and great building quality, loving my new home. Only thing that is a bit disappointing is the salesman promised a dishwasher in the beginning but then he left the company and we never received the dishwasher in the end after several chasing with the salesman. But Jon from Myhomes WA reached out to me and helped me on this issue and I am really happy with choosing my homes WA.

Absolutely Fantastic Builder - Every Aspect!The entire team at MyHomes WA / Vespoli has been fantastic!I have experienced the building process with many builders in Perth over the years, and My Homes WA has been the stand out by far. Comparing previous builds completed with the big sausage factory buiders you can certainly tell the difference in the fine details and quality of staff. I designed my own house plan for my 2 acre rural property very last minute in November, contracts were prepared accurately, quickly and on time to ensure I would be eligible for the building grants by end December. MyHomes were very open to all of our requests in my custom design, such as raking ceilings, feature piers, complete custom kitchen. They were open to owner earthworks and septics and they were happy to special order certain appliances and tapware which we specifically wanted. Everything was a Yes! from MyHomes vs previous builders like to make everything difficult to change or stray from their standard inclusions". MyHomes pricing was very competitive

Do yourself a favour as you will never find a better place than My Homes WA, professional very friendly and they make sure that you make the right choice on the house you want. I will use them over and over again.

After 1 year I live in the house I can say that it is a very good house. The structure is solid and the insulation is fabulous. This company is a great value for the money. I would build again with them. I am all positive except for the timing, they are a bit slow. Xoxo
