I absolutely love having treatments at Immerse Within in Drouin. It's such a relaxing and friendly place to visit. Emily is my therapist and she always does such a wonderful job. She is very professional and knowledgeable and I'm always extremely pleased with my results.

Good evening. I am sharing my experience with Immerse Within, Owner Kris & Merryn beautician. I started with eyebrow wax & upper lip to full body wax within months of each other. The friendly atmosphere makes for a relaxing hour. I was also introduced to Asea products as well as Renu products that I have been using in the last 5 months noticing a difference in skin tone, wrinkle visibilty diminished, hair, nails & general health. From the beginning, Immerse Within has given me something few salons can accomplish. The feelinging of self worth mainly because the girls care about their clients, you are not a dollar sign. I would highly recommend Immerse Within as well as their products..keep it up..Christin

If you are looking for a great massage, look no further. The skills of the ladies that work here are fantastic. They listen to what you want and then do exactly that. I have never felt so good. Will be returning next week. Great friendly service and so many services are offered under one roof.

I have had nothing but exceptional customer service and I have to highlight how amazing my brows are constantly. I always get compliments and the latest was someone asking where I get them so she can go there... you will not be disappointed with anything the salon provides. I love Immerse Within, since I have been going there I have had a fantastic experience with what I have had done and I recommend Kriss she is amazing and makes sure everything is perfection. I also have seen her two shops and how kriss has changed it all up. Especially the new shop it doesn't look cluttered like it used to.It's way more open. Very welcoming. Best eyebrows I've ever had!I saw my previous waxer for 12+ years so I was scared to go to a new one, but she did not disappoint.The pricing is amazing for the end product. Merryn was excellent, professional and really nice to chat to.I look forward to coming back and recommend anyone in the area to drop by.

I was a long time customer; however after reflecting upon watching years of concerning behaviour- I’m done. I’ve witnessed high staff turnover due to inappropriate relationships (the owner becoming close friends with staff) which then affected quality of work and then the eventual loss of that staff member (no longer friends either). The owner also try’s to become too close to clients too. The most inappropriate and unprofessional environment to try and look after yourself in.Avoid the drama and look for another salon.
