Lindsay attended our property to inspect structural damages following weather events earlier in the year. He was very thorough, professional, trustworthy, and put a lot of effort into ensuring I understood the causes of the damages and also options required. Our house damages has caused a lot of distress due to the unknowns, however Lindsay has put a lot of this at ease now. Thank you very much.

Lindsay Reid came out to our house and helped us through some engineering ideas for removing a load bearing wall. He was really helpful and considered things like the the foundation locations, the size of the rafters and the location and considered structure of brick walls.Subsequently, he came up with a solution that no builder had considered yet and in turn probably save us about $3000-$4000! (Rough guess but probably pretty close)I think he's got a lot of work on his plate so he takes a little while to get back to you with drawings etc, but he's helpful, approachable and open minded.
