I paid a lot for a premium 5kw system. The system was not installed properly and only half of the 16 panels were plugged in. Due to NO follow-up service, it operated at half capacity for a year. When I got Solargain out to remedy the situation I was given no apology or explanation, or any follow-up service. I requested the panels be cleaned free of charge to ensure the system was now operating at full capacity. Immediately after the cleaning, a water leak appeared on my lounge room ceiling. I asked Solargain to please check and fix this problem. After being repeatedly fobbed off, I gave up and I had to pay someone to replace the broken roof tile that had caused the leak in my lounge room.

If you don’t understand solar and want some knowledge before making the big decision he is the man to talk to.Installation of my 22 panels and battery system was a no worry process. There were no long waits for install. Rory the electrician and his offsider did a great job and respected our house throughout the process.Great team of people to deal with.

With misinformed sales staff and below average installation contractors. You would be better off getting anyone else to handle your system upgrades and maintenance. Yet another example of greed and stupidity preventing the truth from making it through to the customer.

The service and communication provided by Solargain was excellent. The installation proceeded on time and the local crew were great. Monitoring services are excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Solargain to anyone thinking of installing solar panels.
