'A very helpful experience' Original comments. Not applicable any more. On collection day it was discovered that merchandise had not been ordered due to systems failure. A second date was forecast for merchandise arrival and telephonic instructions were not adhered to by the supplier and a further delay into 2019 is expected. Too late to explore other options.

I contacted Graeme at Griffith Motorcycle Centre mid-day Tuesday, as I was after a trickle charge for my Harley that I desperately needed before the weekend.He informed me that he had no stock but he would order it in for me urgently, without me even taking a deposit or even coming into the store.By 4 pm Wednesday, I get a text message letting me know that it was ready for collection. What an absolute champion!I walked in and was instantly greet by a young woman who handled my request with Graeme. A genuinely great shopping experience.I know where I will be going for my bike purchases moving forward.Thanks guys!
