Very disappointed I called to get an appointment for my three month old baby they refused to accept her as their reason they don’t accept new patients and no records of her even though we live in cohuna they told me to call echuca where she have records as she was born in echuca, can’t believe they rejected a three month old baby, I called ocre barham hoping to get an appointment the receptionist they told me to bring my baby straight away that afternoon so they can check her up and make a record of her in their system.

I am so dissappointed in this medical centre who chooses not to bulk bill for my consultation even though I have a healthcare card. They say that because I have a casual job they do not allow bulk bill. Now as far as I am aware you only get a healthcare card if ypu are earning a very small wage. Obviously big business don't care it's all about the money.
