VASS ELECTRICAL SERVICES

Electricity was cut off to washing machine and storeroom in March, after 26 years. It was unintentional and the consequences of old wiring BUT we were told 3 times, that ON THAT SAME DAY it would be reconnected. It seems the tardy reconnection lies not with Vass' but another strata unit owner (?) and that is what caused this bad review.It is now June 16th and the reconnection has just happened. James and team did it according to a new work order, so the 3 month delay is NOT their fault but bossy owner and strata.James was very conciliatory and apologized for the confusion (not of his making). I'm sorry for the stress to him brought about by my initial review. However he should not have said it would be fixed straight away (other owner overruled his intention on that same day evidently, I was not informed).

Vass Electrical were thoughtful, knowledgeable and professional. We are very happy with the work they did (a long list of medium and small sized jobs). They were pragmatic and coped well with unforeseen problems. Highly recommended.
