Purchase two block out blinds on line and paid extra delivery insurance. Box was opened and damaged when I received it, there are many issues from those two roller blind that I received, two controls unit were badly damaged and the fabric were damaged too which the block out coating has peeled off, very poor package caused this problem. I send them photos for evidence and request a replacement by emails in same day but had no hear from them for days, made many calls finally get though to a lady, she said will processed the replacement, and will be despatch in 5 business days but they never do so.Two roller blinds were made 25mm largely than the order and it's completely impossible to be installed in recess of windows. I requested a full refund with sending them many photos for evidence for the errors they have made, days later they were agreed to issue a refund, waited for fully 3 business days and haven't received it, I've been deceived several times since, so I needed to be very cautious about it otherwise will fight for my entitlement.

Blinds are great but service poor. Were made slightly too large, called to rectify and rather than being solution-focused they just wanted to blame me for poor measurement. Finally got out of them what needed to happen which was a quick fix.

I was very unimpressed with the lack of service and follow-up. I constantly had to chase the company for updates only to be told a different story each time. It took over 1 and a half months of chasing to end up just cancelling and going somewhere else. It even took nearly a week to get a refund. I would not recommend this company.

First purchase was perfect. During the second one (some four years later) a mistake was made that could well have been blamed on me (confusion re sizing saw a blind delivered that was too short). I ordered my blinds a couple of months ago, but did not open them for installation into my rental property until today due to lockdown. The blinds were extremely well packed and are fabulous! I ordered hardware to attach them, but misunderstood what I needed. I rang late this afternoon and they sent out replacement items immediately. I have a tracking number already! I did not think this type of service existed anymore!! Highly Recommended!!

I’ve incorrectly sent through my order details for one of my blinds (the drop measurement). Linn was kind enough to change the order for me and was thoughtful enough to email me a confirmation/breakdown of the order and the difference I had to pay for the longer drop.Definitely go with buy blinds online! I have ordered from Buy Blinds Online twice (total of 3 blinds) and all of them fit perfectly and very easy to install. I had some technical issue with the website on my second order but their customer service solved it straight away. Great quality product and awesome service!

Highly recommend this business. The blinds were delivered but i had made a mistake in ordering and received non-motorised blinds. It was my mistake but the support team went out of their way to solve the problem and even came out and delivered and installed the motors, which they didn't have to do. Very satisfied with the commitment to customer satisfaction.
