Absolutely terrible, I went there a few days ago for a manicure. They did a really bad job. The manicure they gave me didn't look anything like the photo, it looked like a 5 year old made it. There's also tiny air bubbles in the nail after they finished it. The person that did my nails hurt my finger as well.I do not recommend coming here.

Not overly impressed with this salon. It wasn’t busy at all and I felt like my pedicure was rushed through. The seat itself has toenail clippings from someone else’s feet (see pictures) which was very unsettling. My pedicure polish was very thick and not smooth looking. Towards the end, I thought she was going to fix up the edges but had I not asked she would’ve left it uneven and messy. After she finished, I asked if she could fix the line where the polish meets the cuticle: she took the electric file and drilled at my cuticle which had already been cut before leaving me with little cuts which were painful. I wouldn’t recommend this place, as a pedicure is a basic service that couldn’t be done properly.

Twice I have asked to have my nails cut short and have been left with long nails. Hmm.

Everyone is so lovely and takes a lot of care to make sure the nails are beautiful ❤️ Will always come back here

I came to this place right after I went to a nail salon in chadstone who had ruined my nails. These 2 lovely ladies at Annie’s really went above and beyond to fix my nails leaving me with happy tears. Thank you ladies will be back soon !!

Not at all impressed with their workmanship and management. Had my SNS nails done and happily went away for my holiday. On Day 3, my nails started to crackled and chipped when SNS could last for at least 3 weeks. Upon return, they were closed on Sunday. Went in on Monday, Vivian was very helpful but can't make any decision on how she can help. Promised to ring me once in touch with the owner. I was disgusted when told I should have fronted up when it happened. Surely??? When on holiday??They agree to redo it again for me but I have to pay again - at half price. I requested to have it removed at no cost. But was told NOPE!! That will be $10. Not sure where their business ethics stands!! Not only they won't honour to redo for free BUT asking me to pay again for their horrible workmanship. And I was also told to go elsewhere to have my nails done if not happy. Drrrr... I can't believe my ears!!!! So sad.... I have never ever been unhappy having my nails done let alone having to write a bad review. Hopefully, my mishaps does not repeat with others.Jessica Glynn & Alix Du, I wished I had read both your reviews. And to all others, think twice before stepping into this salon - you'll be taking a big risk. On top of that, I find it rather rude of them speaking in their lingo.Its a ZERO star from me!!!!

Clean and well presented little shop. Competitively priced. Note they only take cash however there is an ATM right across the road.The lady who did my nails was professional and had great attention to detail.Will be going back and do recommend.
