Carol was so friendly and was always quick to response to my questions about electric bed via emails and sms. I sent an email on a Sunday and their mobile van happened to be in my area the next morning! Wow!Carol explained about the features of the spring based and the memory foam based electric beds both which I tried. We discussed the suitability of beds based on my health conditions.That same afternoon I went to the retail stores to try similar electric beds. In the end I chose to buy from Carol because I was impressed with a few features which sleep electric beds have (which these other beds didn't) and also their beds were much better priced. Saving me $$$ !I have been sleeping in my amazing electric bed for almost 2 months now. Best sleeps in 3 years! I have stiff back, knee and shoulders issues and I am able to adjust the bed according to my comfort level each night.This bed had been the BEST investment I have made. My back is so much better now. I no longer need to put a pillow under my knees when i sleep on my back. Hooray!Oh I forgot to mention the young men who came to install the bed were also very professional also. The installation was amazingly quick.I am super happy with my bed and I would recommended sleep electric Sydney to everyone. I am glad to be supporting local business.Thanks Carrol !

I would like to praise and thank the company for its professionalism and courtesy in their dealings with me. The staff who displayed the mattress for me to trial were helpful and answered all my questions.. The two young men who delivered the mattress were a credit to your company and one, on noticing that I could not remake the bed did it for me, above and beyond what was expected. Please pass on my regards to them.

While the concept of bed is great i am unable to move in the morning due to pain told by the girl at store nothing wrong with matress to put up with it for a few weeksAnd it would be fine i so wish this was so .

I have just received my new adjustable bed from Sleep Electric and it is wonderful. I found them to be an excellent company to deal with, they are very knowledgeable and professional while still being down to earth. I recommend them to anyone looking for adjustable beds to aid with disability.

WONDERFUL, MARVELOUS, WHAT A CHANGE. My mum is pain free and mobile again. I could not believe that the right bed could make such a difference to her mobility and lifestyle. Sleep Electric were punctual, professional, helpful, kind. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Whilst pre-sale service was fantastic. Delivery and installation was awful. Delivery time delayed, wrong size mattress and faulty motor also delivered. To make matters worse they damaged our old bed - no apology. Only told me that ‘they were doing me a favour’ by moving the old bed. Carol did offer to fix it with lacquer but told her it would need a lot more than lacquer. I strongly suggest you move your own furniture. Their arrogance is truly astounding. You’ve been warned.

After looking at a number of brand options at the larger retail bed outlets, Sleep Electric exceeds them both in quality of product and price. My mother had just come out of a shoulder replacement surgery, and was in need of better sleep options than her 30 year old bed. Carol from Sleep Electric drove to our door, had models ready to show, and at the price that destroys the competition. The guys that delivered the bed were fantastic. they offer more than just dropping it of. They knew exactly how to set it up, and were attentive to my mothers needs. You will be hard pressed to find better.

Very helpful from Carol on the phones to Mitch who came and demonstrated the bed& Matt + offsidesr for delivering and assembling. They were amazing and extremely helpful. 5 stars highly recommend
