Pharmacy 777 Dog Swamp

Medicines at 3 times the price - go here!!Lovely pharmacy specialising in palming off the most expensive medicines to customers. Asked specifically for a generic version of a drug commonly available for 7$ at almost all pharmacies and voila I get charged 21$ for a branded version!!Did not even let me know they did not have the generic version and slipped this one through.My fault as I should have taken the extra 10 mins to go to another normal pharmacy.So yes if you want to pay 3 times more. This is the place to go!

Incredibly polite and kind staff members! We had booked our vaccine at another pharmacy by accident and got confused. The staff were so helpful, even though they were so busy, they booked us in so it was convenient for us. Lovely group of people.

Went to have an electronic statutory document signed by the pharmacist. She told me it was $5. Then another pharmacist took over and told me she would print the form and sign it. Then when I went to pay she charged me $10. When I told her the other pharmacist told me it was $5 she just said, she was wrong and it's company policy.I would never have paid $10 for a 2 minute signing of a document.Poor customer service.Not to mention my mum picked up her medication as a one off from the same pharmacy and it was triple the price of what she has normally paid at her regular pharmacy.

Definitely the best pharmacy in the area! Staff are attentive, friendly and caring. Had an excellent experience here today getting my flu vax and dropping off unused medications. Told me about the delivery service for medications and said pop in anytime I needed anything related to my pregnancy and beyond. They are always very thorough when getting my scripts. Have recommended it to other friends and family who have moved into the area!

Terrible customer service on multiple occasions.The process in which they do things in this pharmacy differ between the staff and when you question it they claim that this is the way it is done over here.Also my partner recently went in to this pharmacy for her COVID booster and has some side effects from the shot. She rang them up and asked if they could write her a doctors note for her work and said they could but charge $40. Are you kidding me???My partner even went on to say that she had the booster shot done at your pharmacy and the reply she got was that it is not their fault but the vaccines fault.Really.... how long would it take to write this letter.... 5 minutes at best and you want $40!!!!SHAME ON YOU!!!Very disappointing!!!

Hands down the best pharmacy in the area! Everyone is so lovely - especially Jovana and Michelle. I have not experienced that level of warmth and attentiveness before. If you are a local, I highly recommend you make it your go-to pharmacy.

We have been coming to this pharmacy for the past 3 years since we moving to Yokine, and we have been provided with absolutely amazing care by each of the pharmacy staff at Pharmacy 777 Dogswamp. They have always been friendly, polite, extremely professional and very generous with their time and care. In recent times due to Covid, my wife and I have required more from the pharmacy staff, and they have gone way above and beyond in order to ensure we’ve received all of our prescribed medications, supplements and pharmacy items. The team members have taken the time to listen to our health concerns and have offered us excellent solutions, and they have worked very closely with our GPs to get the best outcomes for us. We walk in or call when we’re feeling terrible, but the expert care and warm, friendly service will always make sure we feel safe and comfortable, knowing that we are in the hands of a very experienced and knowledgeable team. The best Pharmacy in Perth! Amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Would recommend this Pharmacy to everyone - especially to ladies as they have Women's Health services (as well as a massive range of other Health Services). They are truly a one stop shop for all your health needs!

The most amazing service you will ever receive from a pharmacy. The staff are friendly and supportive and are always available to assist with any concerns you may have. Jovana and Trupti go above and beyond with there specialist skills in holistic, integrative health care and are so caring and passionate. They always have time for their customers and have helped me many times to keep on top of my gut health and general health. I highly recommend this pharmacy and all the staff that work there, brilliant!
