Native pines, wattle and a couple of old gum trees with an understorey of grasses and bridal creeper on sand dunes and calcrete soil.There is a wide clearing running through the middle and a long section of the walking track is sealed, or was it an old road?There were already mozzies.

Nice historic place. Beautiful old lighthouse.Right near the river at Narrung Ferry crossing.
