Never has shoe fitting been so easy! I walked in and was greeted by a beaming smile straight away followed by a “how can I help you?”.Mike was exceptionally helpful and friendly. After coming here there is no way I would be going anywhere else!

Absolutely amazing shop, was very thorough and was even able to help find a running shoe that my daughter is able to wear and not end up in tears after running for the first time ever xx

Nice service and person that served me, felt a little pressured to buy, sorta only wanted an assesment of my foot. already had running shoes . Then presented with shoes to buy, I bought them cause I'm weak and stupid, not shoes I need. Was told no obligation to buy before the day before when I made the call thenImade the trip 100k plus trip from home. Lessoned learned, salesman Mick probably needed to feed his kids that night cause it was a slow day

Amazingly friendly, always helpful and knowledgeable. I brought my daughter in to have a run on the thread mill, within minutes he picked out the perfect shoe for my daughter. This was our second visit and I see many more in our future.

Was recommended by my podiatrist to visit the Launceston Store. I can only back this up! Fantastic service, really competent staff and despite the shop being full of clients, I felt like I did get all the time I needed and a one on one service tailored to my needs. That is what I call Customer Service. Will go back for my next Hoka! Thank you!
