Hobart Historic Cruises Pty Ltd
Took mother (from Cairns) on the lunch cruise, chugging around the Derwent River with interesting and informative commentary from Captain about particular points of interest and historical facts. Lunch was lovely, a pleasant way and reasonable priced ($38pp) way to spend an afternoon. The bonus is when the Taste Of Tasmania is on as well with yachts from the Sydney to Hobart (late December early January).

We didn't know what to expect from the dinner cruise and were pleasantly surprised. The Captain shared so much interesting history about the places that the cruise took us through. The food was good, and so was the service. We saw some beautiful views of Hobart.

Excellent one hour cruise around southern part of harbour area. The captain gave a very interesting and entertaining commentary throughout the cruise. I’d definitely do this cruise again, one that includes a meal would be lovely.

Great cruise and commentary. Good value lunch cruise and great meal. Drinks reasonable price. Staff excellent. Our booking agent gave an incorrect meet address which made it difficult to find before calling direct number. We are both somewhat mobility impaired so that mattered to us. The girl in the booking booth gave good directions when we called.

We started late because of late arrivals and they forgot to turn on the commentary until half way but I am still going to give this a five star. Value is exceptional, commentary we heard was great, food was basic but great, boat was fantastic. Only slight criticism would be that I think some more speakers for the commentary would be fantastic. Great job guys and well worth the money

Three different meals in our group - all where nice and hot and value for money.Happy crew and very efficient - lunch was served in a timely manner-no rush at all.Very informative commentary by the skipper.Young lady at booking kiosk seemed a bit bored with the process.Cousin from the U.K. had a lovely day.
