North West Pathology
I had a pre flight test on 8th July for a flight on 11th. I got the txt to say the result was negative and the e-mail with the info required later on the 12th. However the pin number to open the e-mail didnt arrive. Requests to resend it were refused. I was not allowed to check in without the report. I paid & 145 dollars for nothing.

I attended pathology thursday morning i am no wimp in fact i have a very high pain threshold but the woman that took my blood was cruel and the bruises i have prove it i have a blood test every three months and i have never been bruised like this it ached for days...oh and why no gloves i will make sure if shes on again i dont get her or in other words i wont let her take my blood again.
