Kmart Bass Hill
Located on ground level with plenty of car parks infront of the entrance. There wet wipes provided at the entrance and trolley doesn't cost! Very similar layout with the rest of Kmart stores in Sydney. Fully stocked up and easy to shop. Self service cashiers available in the middle with clear sign hanging at the ceiling. Lots of bargain deals to grab especially household items. A personnel checks for the receipt and items in our trolley at the exit. We pushed the trolley to Aldi and to our car without problem.

Kmart Bass Hill is one of the best kmart's Ive been to ever. The shelves are stocked exquisitely with no loose stock anywhere. Even better, I got the best service from a young exquisitely, amazingly, girl Aisha. Kmart manager if reading this, give her a pay rise.Kind Regards

My activewear tights came to me with the security tags still left on. Trying to call your store to discuss this and no one seems to be available to answer the phone ? As someone with a tight schedule, I order online to help with this, and by the looks of it this isn’t the first occasion security tags have been left on. Now I need to go to my local store and prove I didn’t steal them to get the tags removed. Going on 10 min of ringing now :’)

The Muslim female at the customer service desk is as rude and disrespectful and repulsive as they come. Making a complaint about it to the store manager doesn't seem to be doing anything. I'll be going to a different Kmart from now on, even if that's gonna take me an extra 20 minutes of driving.

Had waited at least 15 mins to be served, while the female customer service assistant at the service desk chose to disregard everyone that was waiting for assistance and continued to just stand and at the printing station. When we finally got her attention and asked to be served, she barked wait one second!" There was a lady in front of us who had told us she was waiting quite a while

My online order was packed in Bass Hill, but the person packing it just chucked the fragile ceramic pots inside the box without any wrapping for protection. Obviously, it arrived broken! Congratulations on being No.1 Careless Team Member of the month.You got what you wanted ,I'm not shopping online from Kmart again.

Put a laybuy on months ago, went to pick it up an they had sold it to someone else or lost it, offered to refund me the money, lady at the counter didnt care at all, just wanted to get back to talking with her bf! So rude an disrespectful. Didnt offer to find the items again, once refunded i walked around an found %90 of it! Absolutely useless! Wasted 4 hours of my time.
