16/11/22.Recently visited the Clinic and a big thank you to Paul for hisprofessionalism in dealing with my problem and thank you to his assistants and the administration staff

The shittist clinic ever, bed manner talking on the phone! NOT a very good phone call services!

Good luck finding the place. Posted address says it's at the st John ambulance. It's actually at 12 holdsforth st and the corner of parry. Told them that their phone lines weren't on either. The reply was well they're on now

Dentist Pat and Paul are the best. Caucasian dental assistant Machaela she is weird..

If I could post a negative star rating I would. I have never, in my entire life, received such grossly negligent treatment as I did at this clinic. What's even more disappointing, is when you lodge a formal complaint because you have suffered irreversible damage at the hands of a Senior Clinician, you are treated with utter contempt. Two years on and I still have no resolution to the damage that has been done. I very strongly recommend that you take particular note of the name of who treats you and when. The Senior Clinician at this practice got away with everything she did to me, and if it's happened once then its a sure bet it's happened before and will happen again. Two years down the track and I am still suffering from the gross negligence at this Dental Clinic.

Absolutely horrible, went in for a filling a year ago and they didn't do a proper job, they left a large hole in it, went back in yesterday and found out that large hole caused a tooth infection! And now the new filling is broken!!!!!

Excellent dental service - no frills. For people on a lower income, you may be eligible for a significant discount and emergency care.

Good service, never had a problem here. Friendly staff, in on time.
