I took this van in several days ago with a new clutch slave cylinder and clutch kit and the arrangement was the Ultra Tune was to put these in for me. So the job was for labour only.The following day the manager rang to inform me after carrying out the job they took it for a test run and they left there overnight but they found the next morning that the slave cylinder had leaked and it was implied that I had supplied them with a faulty slave cylinder which they suggested I would have to take up with the supplier but the job would need to be carried out again with another slave cylinder.I eventually managed to acquire another and delivered to their workshop and while I was there I noticed the van was back on the hoist and on closer inspection I found they had removed the gearbox and the slave cylinder was there for me to inspect.The first thing I noticed was that the cylinder was broken where it is bolted to the bell housing.And on closer examination there were1. Marks along the rim2. Slight scratch marks in the inner shaft3. The collar was bent to one side4. And the gaps between the collar and the housing was wider on the side where the scratches wereI believe this was caused by the slave cylinder coming loose or was simply not bolted down when it was reassembledI was charged twice for removing the gearbox and replacing the new slave cylinder with another. They insisted the part was faulty notwithstanding the part I supplied was brand new and when it was removed it was broken and damaged

We came in before opening time with a warning light on our dash. The mechanic there was able to help us out straight away and within minutes he fixed the problem. We are really grateful considering we were far from home in an area we didn’t know. Thank you so much, we really appreciate it and recommend everyone to go here when in Gawler!

These guys need to stop accepting new jobs until they've worked through their backlog, AND to stop telling customers that their stuff will be ready by a certain day, and then the customer is just met with MORE excuses when it's not ready.If they can't do a simple job like service a carby for an 84 Sigma, which SHOULD take 2 hrs max, then they REALLY need to take a good, hard look at themselves and decide whether or not it's worth messing customers around by staying open.I wouldn't go to this place again, and neither will my wife or our housemate. We are ALL sick of the neverending excuses.When I do get the carby in question back (they've had it going on 3 weeks now), I will start going to a different mechanic, whether it's in Gawler, Munno Para, or even Elizabeth.
