Great work by Phil and the team, we had a little hiccup throughout the process and Phil went above and beyond to help me out!

I was blown away by the workmanship for the accident damage on my Hiace. The workmanship was impeccable. They also polished up the chalky paint around the whole vehicle to make it like new again. The work was done extremely fast, faster than I expected. Congratulations to Alex and all the team that worked on my vehicle, I am very happy with the result, I would highly recommend Trans Pacific and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I was very happy with the work that they did repairing my car. It was repaired more quickly than the estimated time and the workmanship was excellent - the panel gaps and painting were perfect.

BE WARNED!!I recently had my car repaired through double Aami with this repairer.Wasn’t until the next minor incident when it had to go in for an assessment that we realized this repairer did not repair the internal damage and in fact glued the bumper on and left the car in an unroad worthy manner. If I could included photos, you would never trust these people!!!BE WARNED … they are criminal.

Very good customer service, and very quick turnaround for repairs to my car. My car was damaged while parked and Trans Pacific were able to inspect it within a few days, and booked in to be fixed within the month, while the other smash repairers I contacted could only inspect up to four weeks later, with repairs happening at least 3 months after that! What further impressed me was my car was repaired within 3 days of dropping it off, and they had fixed some spot chips that weren't part of the claim. The team were helpful and understanding from the start, and I would highly recommend them

These guys did the most amazing job on my wheels, went from boring silver to a stylish gloss black, great price, super quick & easy. Highly recommended

I have had 2 vehicles repaired at Trans Pacific through insurance and while Phil is very friendly, easy to deal with and the turnaround time is good, the quality of their work isn’t the best in the industry. Car dealers, including Toyota, use them for warranty claims because their quotes are favourable for them. Likewise for insurance companies, even Audi Sutherland recommends them. Not a bad repairer, most customers would be satisfied with their work. However, if you’re fussy about the quality of the repair and paint finish, you might want to look elsewhere.

Phil ALWAYS goes above and beyond,the guy is a gentleman.Happy to take his word on any repair related suggestions or comments.Knows his stuff…Only panel shop I’ll ever use,and HIGHLY recommend anyone in need to give them a call.

I never spend time leaving reviews - but had such a poor experience, I felt I should.The insurance Company took my car to Trans Pacific after an accident - I didn't have a choice of repairer. AAMI told me a quote would take 2-3 days. Damage was minimal, a few scratches to the front bumper. Trans Pacific had my car for 2 weeks before they quoted the job.They then had to order parts in (Holden Astra)- so local parts, then took 2 weeks to start work, and 2 weeks to finish. I was not kept informed as to where progress was at, but every time I called to check - they seemed annoyed with me.When I eventually did pick it up, the receptionist who was eating 2 minute noodles from a cup at the desk also seemed inconvenienced by me stepping into the office, barely made eye contact and huffed. The car still had scratches on the front bumper upon pickup, a gentleman from inside went out with some rags to buff it out. He then came back and said, Melanie the car is now ready

Trans Pacific came recommended by Toyota Sutherland and I can't praise highly enough the experience from the first hello as I walked through the door from the front desk staff to the entire team there. First class workmanship, service and although I am a woman I was accorded the greatest respect and each step of their process was explained throughly. That is not something you experience often in a male dominated industry. Thank you Trans Pacific!
