Tuckers Funeral & Bereavement Service

Tuckers took amazing care of my family after the recent loss of my Grandfather. Craig did a wonderful job with coordinating everything and the service was wonderful. From the piper, to the celebrant to the amazing flowers and visual display and service book, everything was perfect. Tuckers gave us a service that truly reflected what an amazing man my Grandpa was. Our family is so grateful. Thank you everyone at Tuckers for being so supportive during a difficult time for our family.

Such a shame that this time around Tuckers was worse than dreadful.My Mother passed away 18 months ago and I organised her funeral with the fabulous Glenn (no longer at Tuckers) and it was so well organised.This time for my beautiful brother's it was absolutely horrendous. Pretty much everything was poorly organised and if I had not double checked on everything it would have been a disaster.Never again Tucker's!They did not give a dam as long as they got their money.

Thankyou to everyone at Tuckers and especially Glenn ( A truly beautiful human) for your compassion and empathy when we laid our mum to rest. The whole process was second to none when we were guided and helped to make her day as she would of wanted. The service and photo presentation was absolutley perfect! Thankyou for taking care of our dearest mum after she passed and to the last hour we had her by our sides. A special thanks to Kristy the celebrant who also made for a wonderfull day. God bless. Like every family, we all have to deal with the unfortunate passing of a loved one.Over the years we have had to deal with different funeral directors around Melbourne, but it wasn't until we chose Tuckers for my Mothers farewell that we realised that this company just gives that little bit more. A very caring and professional company. We were very impressed with the follow up phone calls after the service to see how the family were doing and to offer any support. A big thank you to Glen ( who does likes a hug ) for being so caring and also injecting a bit of humour into our initial consultation which we really appreciated .We wouldn't hesitate recommending Tuckers Geelong to anyone needing a caring , stress free experience.

Tucker’s were Incredible from start to finish. Alison came to the hospital we were looking after my mother on a weekend with no hesitation. The arrangements were made and explained in a simple and to the point manner. All of the staff that I encountered were professional and empathetic. The funeral itself was exactly what we wanted and ran smoothly. Aaron our celebrant truely encompassed everything we spoke about at our family home prior to the service and made it feel like he knew my mother. Thank you for making a horrible situation just that little bit better.

A few months ago we contacted Tuckers to organise cremation of our late family member. From that first phone call till completion we could not praise Tuckers enough. Craig walked us though a difficult time with the utmost care and compassion.A follow up call to check how we were was appreciated so much.Thank you so much..we will always remember your kindness.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Complete & utter lack of compassion to a grieving mother. Use Kings Funerals, they were wonderful!

We had no idea where to begin and you walked us through each part with respect. The personal touch with the rose left at the gate whilst driving dad past home for the final time was such a kind gesture.
