Very good builder

Not Professional at all. This builder doesn't comply construction rules and safety. My next door neighbor is building a house from this builder and from day one they has started transpassing my private property as if walking in a park. Didn't put any fence on our side of the house. Using my driveway as primary site access and in this process they made a big scratch on our car. Asked so many times politely for past 6months and they just give empty promises. So I guess all the nice words in their website is nothing but empty promises just to attract customers. Worst builder ever.

NOORI homes is building my home with Granny flat at the moment they’re very professional they do the job extremely well what owner wants so far I am happy with the builder my house is almost completion stage

They are one of the worst organisations I have had the misfortune of indirectly dealing with. While they were building my neighbour's home, they initially dumped soil and building waste on my land. On letting them know they kept passing my call around and not responding to my emails. They tried denying that it was them, but even when presented with proof they kept procrastinating and giving false promises. One of their site supervisors, Ijaz was rude, abusive and unprofessional. Even after 7 months of repeated emails, the dumping was not cleared, I had to get it cleared at my own expense. In addition, more soil was dumped when they built my neighbours' driveway. Do not build with them, not only will they do a bad job, but they will end up affecting your relationship with your neighbours
