Nick's Express Car Transport

Do Not Use.I got a wagon transported from Perth to Sydney and it was damaged in transport. I alerted them immediately and was told it would be looked after. 8 weeks later, still no responses, and the boss man 'Nick' has blocked my phone number etc.

Nick’s express car transport service was absolutely terrific! Moved my car from Perth (Shout-out to Chris from the Perth depot who was amazing as well!!) and it reached Melbourne within 7d! I was also able to pack under 80kg worth of my belongings neatly in it. Anthony was fantastic in dealing with my antsy phone calls as I had to drive down to Yarra valley for an event on Saturday. All went well and I would highly recommend their service to everyone :)

Got nicks to truck my Ute from Melbourne to Perth . The duel cab ute with tray was longer than standard. Other companies wanted to charge lot’s extra but nicks said no worries they can work around it’s and charge no extra. Vehicle was in Perth way ahead of schedule and the added bonus of being able to put personal belongings inside was great .

Unfortunately we got our car back with some damage. Make sure you go over car thouroughly before they try get you to sign paperwork. We got home and noticed they had touched up some scratches (bad job touch up) that were never there at drop off as per inspection report prior to leaving it. We called straight away and left an email and all we got back was you signed paperwork so not our problem. Very disappointing outcome.

Nick and Anthony themselves showed a reasonable level of professionalism despite my car arriving late. However it was 'Chris' in Perth that earns this rating. Constant excuses, changing the story every 5 minutes, telling me it was too hot one minute, too wet the next, drivers changed, broke down, had to take a longer route all while gaslighting me that 'im lucky to be getting my car at all'. The $1200 spent on this can hopefully go to some customer service training for this gentleman to perhaps put some care into his job

The most affordable car transport service I came across for getting my car from Perth to Melbourne. Exactly a week turnaround when advertised 3-5 days for $950 (which isn’t too bad) with a full boot and backseat of personal items! I understand there are multiple personnel collecting, dropping off and handling vehicles at the depo’s but might be easier having one clear communicator or office manager in terms of customers being able to gain knowledge on how fair away their car is. Other than that, all staff were very helpful and professional when answering my many calls and texts. Shoutout to Arian, Anthony and Nick! Thanks.

Car was booked for express transport, to arrive in time for the move from Perth to Melbourne. Had GPS tracking in the car and it didn't move for 3 weeks. When it reached the day they said it would arrive in Melbourne, it was still in Perth, and arrived a week later, meaning we had to spend excessively on Ubers and public transport. We had to complain multiple times before they finally put our car on the truck, with no apology. Save yourself the trouble and use a different company.

This was the second time I used Nick’s Express Car Transport and they were great! I had my car transported from WA-VIC and it got there in great time with good communication throughout. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in future!

I had a great experience for moving my car from Perth to Melbourne, thier officer in charge in Perth Welshpool office Toni" was an amazing customer service officer with very kind attention to customer needs. He serviced me perfectly and professionally. Highly recommended."

Unfortunately I cannot choose zero or negative stars.Fair warning to anybody who chooses to use this 'company' either directly or through a broker.Through National Car Movers as the broker I chose Nicks 'Express' Transport as it was the shortest estimated time from Perth to Melbourne. On the 30th Jan I signed up and arranged to drop the car on the 1st of Feb with Chris at the Depot.The estimated transit time was4-8 business days". Giving a latest date of 13th Feb.Later on the Same day... I was advised Nicks Express Transport was having a slight delay and the transit time was adjusted to 14th to the 20th Feb. An up to 6 day (+75%) extension.On the 15th Feb I inquired to see when my vehicle would be leaving Perth as my GPS was telling me it was still in the same Perth yard 2 weeks after dropping it off. No clear indication of when it would be leaving. "There are 2 trucks leaving today"After numerous follow-ups directly with Nicks express transport with nothing but auto reply
