I had tried a few gyms but often felt out of place. Alex and Kate who run CFWF are helpful professional people they always make you feel welcome, always have a smile and time to help . The classes are great all the coaches keep an eye on everyone in the class and you always work to your own ability with a bit of a push if needed. I would recommend this Cross Fit gym to anyone who asked me of any age and any fitness. Thank you Kate and Alex for your wonderful facility,

Two of my teenage daughters go to Western Front CrossFit and they absolutely love it. They can't wait for Monday afternoons to challenge themselves and each other then I hear all about the workout all the way home.Alex and Kate are wonderful and my girls adore them both.I absolutely recommend CrossFit Western Front for the very friendly atmosphere, experience and facilities.The teens program is also a great way to get teenagers learning about their own health and fitness for now and their future.

The exercises are both fun & safe. Alex makes sure that the exercises are based on our own level of fitness. Some of my group can lift heavier weights than the others but Alex makes sure we work at our own level. I am really enjoying it and I wish I had discovered CFWF much earlier. Better than yesterday.

Amongst the best programming I’ve experienced at any kind of group fitness gym before. No ego; genuine, positive atmosphere; coaches are the ideal balance of directive, knowledgeable and compassionate.

I joined CFWF just over a month ago and I LOVE it ! From the go I was warmly welcomed not only by the coaches but by their members. The coaches really do take their time out to assist you and teach you about technique. I love that they carer for all fitness levels and experience.Would highly recommend to anyone, no matter your fitness level, to go and try it out!

I've lived in ispwich for the past 6 years and have always admired the CFWF sign from across the road at riverlink. I also admired the people running along the side of the road. I used to think I was not fit enough or good enough to join in. However, after getting the courage to join CFWF, it has proven this thought process untrue.Just over 6 months ago I decided to come in for a walk through with my partner, Brenden. We both had decided it was time for a lifestyle change as we had both gained weight and I had low self- esteem. Including some form of exercise into our lives would be part of the change. At the walk through Alex showed us around and asked us about our fitness goals and explained what CrossFit is. We loved the idea of a fitness programme that incorporated exercise that compliment every day life movements. We also aligned ourselves with CrossFit values and so we signed up the next day and completed our first WOD". Signing up with my partner helped a lot with motivation and also maintaining healthy eating at home.The last six months at CFWF I have become fitter

Was very nervous walking into a CrossFit gym for the first time but that quickly faded after talking and meeting the staff as well as the members of this fantastic gym. The vibes are fantastic! positive, buzzing with energy, fun, laughing and making everyone feel important regardless of fitness level. Its worth taking that leap of faith into the CrossFit world because if every “box” has people like them it really makes you feel like you can achieve anything!
