Worst shopping experience at H&M Macquarie centre the manager named Diksha there is the list rudest arranging staff I have ever encountered in my life.I asked her for a size 8 in a top and because their system can’t find sizes her words were” it’s annoying when customer ask this” I was beyond appalled and shocked by her behaviour. I was in disbelief and awaiting to hear back from a higher manager now.

Had a very poor customer service today at the register. Asian looking girl Erica looked super annoyed with her work and angry to all the customers. I have never experienced this bad service at H&M before so I was quite sad to leave the store with such disappointment. Hopefully management reads the review and makes appropriate arrangements.

We were supposed to buy baby set clothes however the last size for our baby was on the mannequin. Told the lady on the cashier that we were willing to buy display however she told us that she can't sell us the product as she was not sure when her manager would want the clothes from the mannequin removed or changed. That was such a lame excuse! Not sure if she was just lazy to replace the display with a different size. We could have done it ourselves if she said she couldn't do it because she's busy or something.Disappointing! Good store, bad service for this particular instance. Hope I don't encounter this lady again.
