We rented a truck on November 3rd and they charged us $249 and delivered it to us at four in the afternoon and said that we should deliver it tomorrow at 8:00 a.m., even less than 24 hours, and then they charged us an additional $59 and How many times have we called and they said that the petrol was not full, while we had delivered the petrol tank full' its not fair

Arrived early, good communication about truck and expected costs etc. was charged what I was quoted, got the gold insurance just in case for peace of mind. The truck was good on fuel.Bond released after 3 business days.Positive experience and would use again.

I would not recommend anyone use this business for important trips.Tried to hire a vehicle for a few days, turn up today pick up but get told it's booked for the following Monday.... I booked it only 4 days earlier.Then tried to get me to hire a different vehicle at my expense ans for much more than I originally agreed for..now I don't believe it was a mistake, I believe it was a part of their scam to make more money from customers, no remorse for their mistake and no incentive to retain customers.I do not trust them at all after this experience.

It was great having the truck delivered to us, it saved around 2 hours of travel time for us having to pick the truck up, it’s just a great idea, the guy who dropped the truck of was so efficient.
