Very good experience, not pushy to a particular brand just helping find what club suits you. Tried several makes and shaft styles and ended up with a great set of clubs at a great price.

Very rare to have such excellent service in retail these days such as what I received from Ric at this store. Went above and beyond when organising my new club set. Super knowledgeable and informative, made sure everything was best suited for what I needed and even gave me a few tips. Couldn’t recommend him enough, need more people like him. Cheers for the excellent service.

Went to buy three pairs of Skechers shoes from the store. They did not have the model I was looking for. However Charlie was very helpful and got me to try a similar pair for size and ordered the shoes online for me. They arrived the very next day and I was really happy with my pair and I am sure the other two guys who I purchased gifts for will enjoy their pair. Will certainly be going back to the store and get Charlie to help again.

Several times going to this place ended in complete disappointment. This time rang them several times in the morning to confirm they had stock as Ive tried many times going down here to finding out they have no stock of anything. Any way no one was answering so had to make the decision do I keep trying for another couple of hours to ring or drive the hour it takes to get to this store. (im in the hills). Any way drove there and asked for the part. Was asked my details? I said do you have the part or not. She said had i ordered it? Any way they did not have the part even though their website says they do. Another wasted trip. Seems like they carry no stock and prefer you order it and pick it up later. Any way went to Drummond and they had the part on the shelf. I have been to this Golfbox store on several occasions and they did not have anything i needed or wanted and i have left empty handed every time. That's several times!!!They have limited stock. The staff do not care.sorry i had to rate 1 star!!!

Rushed home from work to buy 1 ferrule so I could hit my club tomorrow, was refused and told it is a business decision not to sell parts due to loss of business. OK ill reconsider where i buy my $270 golf shoes from next time, and the other hundreds more I've spent in the online store.Normally I wouldn't go out of my way to write a negative review but this is the second time I've left this store feeling on the receiving end of condescending attitude.A real shame as the lady that helped me buy my shoes was fantastic but the overwhelming majority of visits have been below par to be kind.

I had a full bag fitting with Gavin, he explains everything in great detail in a very succinct manner. I would recommend anyone to had a bag fitting to prevent buying wrong clubs and regretting it later.Great shaft selection, heads too.

Josh was unbelievably helpful today. Really great experience.
