Had a couple of reels with one spooling the line too far forward and the other the opposite. One of the reel handle also was a bit tight to wind. Duncan fixed it on the spot within a few minutes and the best part was Duncan who is very knowledgeable and very professional did not charge me for his service. Thank you Sir.
