Secrets Shhh Pacific Fair

I bought a pair of diamond hoop earrings, the quality is great for the price, but what made this experience stand put from the rest was Susie, who is one of the most helpful, professional and charming sales personnels that i have ever met! I will definitely go back when I need an addition to my collection, thank you Susie!

Wonderful.... Wonderful.... Wonderful.I recently came up to The Gold Coast from S.A. for my sisters wedding. We no longer have a Secrets store in Adelaide. My sister took me to Pacific Fair and we met Emma, the store Manager. What a beautiful, kind and caring lady. She's the type of lady that I would choose as a friend. I must of tried on every ring in the store and absolutely loved every ring in the store. There was no pressure to purchase and after an hour i finally chose the ring I loved but I then started to feel guilty about spending the money as I have cancer (and with treatment, medication, specialists, scans etc - cancer is not cheap!!) so I left it. Emma was so nice. She didnt make me feel guilty about not purchasing. I said to my sister what an amazing lady to have put up with me for the last hour"....Anyhoo... I've dreamt of that gorgeous ring every day since and my wonderful husband said I could have it

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. The quality is terrible. the fake diamonds" came off my ring 4 times. These are flimsy and are costume jewellery only. Spend your money buying the real thing.

I had a similar experience with that very pushy sales person. I was just 'looking' when she pushed a ring at me and gushed how lovely it looked on my finger. Against my better judgement I got talked into purchasing it on a pay later deal for six months. During this time a stone fell out and was lost. When I took the ring back to the store the same salesperson told me it was free to replace stone but $80 to pay for jeweller to set a new stone back in ring. She said the claw was damaged, which I didn't knock it and I only wore when I went out. She said I must have hit it on something when I was asleep. No way, I never sleep with my rings on. I was upset and said forget it, I will have the stone and take some where else. Long story short, she changed tack and said head office would authorise to replace free of charge. She is way too cocky, and I will never go back into that store.

Very disappointing experience several times with this store unfortunately even head office doesn’t follow through with anything they say. Customer Service is terrible. They lie or make up answers. Product is terrible quality and breaks after barley wearing it then when you want it repaired they deem it “your fault” so then it’s not under their warranty. Every experience has been awful and I’ve constantly had to follow up with them on every occasion to get anything rectified. Will sadly not be purchasing from this store again. I recommend you taking your money else where.

I have purchased a yellow gold pave' set with 3 carat princess cut diamond for my wife 16 years ago. She still wears with much love and the fire and brilliance of the stones are the same as the first day....... The product is high class and I highly recommend it. We love Secrets Shhh!

I recently bought a stunning ring from this Pacific Fair store, which was resized and sent to me in the mail. The customer service provided was excellent, the resizing took a week and the total price was quite reasonable. I was spoilt for choice as they have so many gorgeous rings. The ring has arrived and looks beautiful on. Well worth a look see.

I’m obsessed! My husband introduced me to Secrets years ago and I haven’t been able to stay away. I have purchased many items and my most recent purchase was through Pacific Fair. Emma was incredible the entire journey. My ring took longer than the expected wait time and Emma was always so reassuring on the other end of the phone. I am stoked and will continue to be back. Thanks team for everything, especially Emma. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My mum and I love this store and love the jewellery in there and since it is in Pacific Fair, a very convenient 5 min drive from home it couldn’t be more perfect. Except... there is one woman employed there (she may be the manager) that is ALWAYS around to leach off every word you say, offer you things you clearly aren’t interested in and is generally just annoying as hell. What once was a pleasurable experience, always turns sideways because either me or my Mum beg each other to get out of that store and away from that unbarable woman. I really appreciate attentive service but this is just way too much. We thought that maybe it was a one time thing and she would calm down after a while but she is relentless. Won’t let the customer breathe without getting a word in and is extremely pushy. We find shopping online for Secrets jewellery much more enjoyable.
