I called with an enquiry about storage support for my Mac book pro. Spoke with a lady who’s costumer services was noting less than disgraceful. Would happily drive to Melbourne before speaking with her again. Terrible customer support.

I don't have an issue with the service. I handed my laptop in and Charlie called me and said the computer is dead. I accepted his advice and asked what the costs were. He told me to wait and then came back on the phone and told me $105. I said that I will pay when I collect my computer later today. When I got there the $105 became $140 with no explanation.

Charged a $70 service fee to perform a simple iOS software update on a nearly new iPhone. At no point did they inform the customer that the phone was covered by Apple Care and Apple could provide technical support free of charge. Exploitive and unprofessional behaviour towards first time elderly iPhone owners

Super awesome service fixing my elderly mothers computer issues efficiently and effectively. Well recommended. So hard to try and do fixes for elderly parents when living away but the woman today was fantastic and so helpful.

Excellent result, they fixed my MacBook Pro this week after the screen stopped working. They were able to fix it under warranty, didn’t cost me anything and they also fixed the anti reflective coating that was wearing off while they were at it.

Would not recommend as a apple specialist. Their business model is unclear and deceitful. Upon dropping off my apple iPad, they looked at it and said its covered by my apple car + warranty that i pay for and to leave it with them. Upon picking it up, i was then charged $70 labour as this is not included. Had i have know this and clearly been informed i would have taken it to a actual Apple store. I would not recommend their service as a apple specialist. They need clearer terms and conditions if they are not going to tell people of charges before working on items.

These people are wonderful! They are warm, friendly, helpful and very skilful!! The hard drive in my nine year old MacBook had died. They installed a new hard drive, recovered all the data off the old one and transferred it to the new one. The total cost was very reasonable and only a fraction of the cost of a new MacBook Air and they did it all in two days! Their courier charges are very modest, too!!
