Great service, trained experts in fitting shoes, school shoes actually last at least 12 mths!! Get my kids joggers & school shoes here and waterproof work boots for Rod and the most comfortable thongs for myself I have ever worn!

I visited the shop this morning in the hope of buying a pair of new running shoes. When I arrived at the shop a young girl was chatting away on the phone (possibly to a friend given the nature of the conversation) she didn’t greet me or acknowledge that I was there which was quite obvious as I was the only customer at the time.I stayed in the shop some time looking at shoes and trying to get her attention, she continued to talk on the phone and made no effort to reassure me that she would serve me soon.Her attitude was incredibly rude and self entitled! I will no longer be buying shoes from this particular shop if incompetent, immature and rude people are working there.Spend your hard earned cash and valuable time somewhere where you’re acknowledged!!!

I have been a return customer at this branch for 5+ years. In October we bought 2 pairs of shoes, sports and school leather shoes, for my 5 years old starting school tommorw. We assumed the shoes were professionally fitted" and "fit guaranteed".Unfortunately the black leather shoes are far too big and keep slipping out which is obviously not safe for a 5 year old. They sold us insoles as well saying that they will fix the "slipping out" problem for an extra $40 ! Insoles didn't solve the problem.I contacted Annie today explaining the situation and her answer was "Unfortunately there is nothing we can do !" " we can't swap the shoes

Pathetic customer experience and service. I am regular runner and was experiencing some sort of pain after the runs . I decided to visit the store and thought of getting examined so that something can be recommended. Visited the store on two different occasions and each time I was denied the testing. Funny part , on one occasion the rep at the counter said the machine only tell the shoe size . What do they think , are we so ignorant. If you don’t want to serve the customers why install such services . Don’t give such lame statements or at least come up with a better excuse . Will never visit the store again !!!

Marjorie at Rouse Hill branch was exceptionally professional, knowlegeable and friendly in her gait assessement and recommendations on my visit today. She was patient, thorough and attentive to my needs in picking out new shoes. Would recommend this branch to anyone who feels a little swamped by all the brands and models of shoes out there to choose from. Well done.

Very hard to get served in this store. Walked into store and waiting 10mins without being greeted. Come back to the store multiple times, still haven't been greeted by a staff member.
