We had a great experience with Dale. Our two dachshunds chewed our carpet in a very difficult and highly visible area between a hallway and a doorway. Dale is very knowledgeable and professional, and completed our repair in a short time and to an extremely high standard. We could not notice where any mending had been done because it was so seamless. For any future carpet work we will certainly contact Dale and we will recommend his services to family and friends.
